Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes products, services and activities that are not permitted on the Lumivexa platform. It applies to every Vendor and forms part of the Terms of Service. Lumivexa may update this policy from time to time; the current version always lives at this URL.

2. Prohibited conduct
Regardless of the category sold, Vendors may not:
- Use the Services to test stolen, leaked or otherwise compromised payment credentials.
- Engage in money laundering, sanctions evasion, the financing of terrorism, or any activity prohibited by OFAC, EU, UK or UN sanctions.
- Misrepresent the nature of the product or service being sold, the identity of the Vendor, or any material term of the transaction.
- Use deceptive pricing, hidden subscription enrolment, "negative option" billing, or other dark-pattern conversion tactics.
- Refuse to honour the refund policy published at checkout.
- Process transactions that the Vendor knows or should reasonably know are fraudulent or unauthorised.
- Use the Services to attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls or audit logging.
- Use the Services to harvest data about End Customers for purposes unrelated to the transaction.
3. Higher-risk categories
The following categories are accepted only after enhanced due diligence and are subject to reserves and additional risk controls: high-ticket professional training and education, software products with substantial chargeback history, dating services (non-adult), nutraceuticals and food supplements, telehealth (in jurisdictions where lawful), and digital coaching. Vendors operating in these categories should expect a longer onboarding review.
4. Enforcement
If we identify activity in violation of this AUP, we may, depending on severity: warn the Vendor, restrict specific features, suspend the account, terminate the agreement, hold funds in reserve to cover anticipated chargebacks, and report the activity to relevant authorities, banking partners and industry watchlists.
5. Reporting
If you believe a Vendor on Lumivexa is violating this policy, contact us at trust@lumivexa.io. Reports are reviewed by our risk team and treated as confidential.
